I have dealt with Accent in the past. Tom was very easy to deal with, he understood that I wanted to replace the sink. I explained to Tom that I did not want to do another cultured marble sink bowl. I decided to go with a counter top and a drop China bowl. I was still within the warranty period with my previous sink and so he only charged me about 50% of the regular price. He was very easy to work with and very accommodating. I called several times with different measurements as I was looking at various bowls and he advised me on the best choice to work with the counter top. He is very fair with his cost to me, taking in my warranty, was very reasonable. The counter top turned out excellent and very pretty.

They don't install anything that they sell, but they included a list of their top 10 installers. They also had a the best warranty that I could find, but they don't guarantee the mix because no two sinks are the same. In my case, there was a brown spot about the size of a half dollar on my sink. The contractor said he didn't feel comfortable installing the sink. He took it back to Accent and they were able to lighten the spot and make it blend and match other areas of the sink. They definitely went above and beyond what their warranty states.
