Response from a&j seamless gutter
"In response to Mr [Member Name Removed]'s complaint . We completed his gutter installation July of 2013 NOT 2015 we give a ONE year labor warranty on our installation Mr [Member Name Removed] contacted us with his "concerns" 2 years AFTER the installation. Upon inspection of the gutter system it was observed that te area in question had been tampered with by somebody else who installed a 3" x 4" downspout onto the gutter. With the warranty time having expired by 1 year and the alterations made to the gutter Mr [Member Name Removed] 1) Voided the warranty by tampering with the gutter system and 2) he let the warranty time period lapse. This same complaint by him was filed with BBB and Ohio Attorney General's Office who have CLOSED his complaint based on these facts !!!!"
