I feel that after 3 phone calls, he should've returned the call and come back and completed the job. He didn't bury all of the landscape ties to line the parking area, the last one he simply laid it on top of the ground and it doesn't look finished. And it's stopping us from having gravel laid and completing the work. As of today, 9/9/16, we have paid for the work and he hasn't completed it.

"Customer was requesting additional work for the second time and after not paying for the additional work we choose not to do business with them for a third time and was informed that they do this to other contractors. We resolved the matter through the BBB."
