Purchased Groupon to cover cost of tuneup/adjustment. When I called to schedule, they said there would be an additional trip charge for them to come out and honor the paid Groupon deal. I told them this wasn't listed anywhere in the Groupon fine print and they are not allowed to do this per Groupon's merchant rules. They did not care. I contacted Groupon who confirmed they are not allowed to double-charge like this. I requested a refund from Groupon and will not use this company for anything in the future. In addition, there seems to be something fishy with their contact info. The listed address is in a downtown Cincinnati high-rise office building. I'm guessing it is just some kind of call center or registration office so they can hide their actual location (or lack of an actual business location).

Quality work but OUTRAGEOUS prices!!! My garage door would not open and Cincinnati Garage Door Experts had a technician out to help me within 2.5 hours of my initial call. I had a broken garage door spring and the technician arrived early and got the job done quickly and efficiently. However, this company’s prices are outrageous! . I paid $599 for 2 garage door springs , 2 new drums , new door rollers, and about an hour of labor. I realize that I was not misled. I agreed to the cost knowing that it was too high but both family cars were trapped inside the garage and I was eager to have the job done. Do not be fooled by the online savings coupons. Even after the manager agreed to take $50 off the initial price ( $649) and 2 or 3 online coupons were added, the bill still ended up being $599. Insanity! This job should have costed at the most $300-350. While I do appreciate the prompt service, this is a VERY standard repair for companies that specialize in garage doors. I regret calling them. Shop around, you will save hundreds of dollars.
