He is excellent. He was subcontracted through a contractor that we had employed, but he has come again a couple of times after that, to do some work in the garage, and we had a problem with a light switch that was connected with the redo, and he fixed that. He is very punctual, very personable, and very competent. He does commercial work as well and sometimes it is hard to get a hold of him, but he always calls back and advises about his availability. He is expensive, but he always does right work and you feel safe with the work that he has done.
