I had the worst experience at this dealership. I would not recommend it to anyone to have their vehicle serviced there. I brought my 2019 VW Tiguan with just over 13,xxx miles on it for inspection on January 21, 2021. After I picked up my vehicle And started driving I noticed weird noises coming from the driver side front tire. According to the vehicle inspection sheet this wheel was removed for break check. I stopped the vehicle and observed damage being caused to the rotor. I immediately went back to the dealership at which time I was advised that there was a “rock” between the rotor and the break pad which caused the damage. They told me that they removed the rock and there was nothing else wrong. As I drove off I started hearing the noises again so I went back To the dealership at which time I was told if it continues the next day to bring it back. On January 22,2020 I continued to hear noise again and I went to the dealership and spoke with a manager. They had my vehicle checked again and this time I was told they found a screw in the tire. I looked at the tire and observed a round star bit screw mainly used in German vehicles! (VW and Audi) They said that it not their fault and offered to fix the tire for $29.99 which I declined. As I was pulling my car out of the garage one of the worker said don’t drive in the construction zone!! This was very disrespectful, because what are the chances that you run over a screw in the roadway used by VW the same time when you leave their dealership. I bought this vehicle bran new and when I drove the vehicle to the dealership for service I did not have any issues at all!! I have been driving for over 20 years and never have I heard of a rock magically appearing between the pad and the rotor!! I wish I never took my vehicle there for service!!! I can’t say this for all but some of the staff is horrible/liar’s.

I went in and told them what we wanted. We got 0% financing. We picked up the car four days later. It went very smoothly.

I brought in my vehicle for a recall repair, which was done free of charge. However, I also asked to have my "check engine" light and "check brake pads" light looked into. They did the work and charged me a fortune, but when I picked up the car (after 5pm, so no service staff were available) I noticed that it wasn't driving properly - there was a vibration and a noise like unbalanced tires. I was very concerned, but when they contacted me the next day they were extremely accommodating, coming to my workplace to pick up the car and leave me a loaner. They also apologized for the error. So, mixed experience, but their staff seems very fair and professional.
