Cooper Kia excels in customer service. They get to know their customers, follow up to see if you were satisfied, and even throw in a free car wash.

I needed to purchase a new car, and had been shopping around. I walked in late at night, the guys at Cooper Kia went above and beyond for me! Even though it was close to their closing time, they let me test drive a car, and stopped to take the time to find the right car for me (I'm not an easy sell on a car I always have what I want in mind before I go and actually start shopping - this trip included not only purchasing a new car, but I had strict ideas in mind - I needed leg room, head room, a vehichle large enough to replace the minivan I was driving so that I could pile my three dogs in it and take them places with me, oh - and let's not forget the seatbelt, I'm plus-sized, so it BETTER go around me without having to have an extender put on it!). Within a few days time, I found myself the proud owner of a new car (not to mention a brand that I never thought of purchasing!) They were friendly, outgoing, efficient, and listened to my needs and wants. I never felt uncomfortable around the salesmen, and the general sales manager was there to help move things along for me too. I have never had a more pleasant experience buying a car, even up to present time, they are still as curteous to me when I go in to have my car serviced as that first night that I was only a prospective car buyer. I will return over and over to them and continue to commend them for the great services that they give whether it is for purchasing a car or getting work done on a vehichle - they are all around friendly and helpful above and beyond their call of duty!!
