When we purchased a used car from them they put in writing (thank goodness) that we were getting new tires. When the car was delivered, I never checked to see if the tires were new (they weren't). I found out that they were the old tires when the car
failed inspection the next year because of the tires. I contacted Carbone and they said that they did give us new tires, and that in the 12,000 miles that we had driven since, we must have worn out the treads. Only after my husband called them back, did they concede and give us new tires, but only after they said that they had done nothing wrong. We were lucky that we had had the promise in writing. They even told us that we should have known if we had gotten new tires or not when we purchased the vehicle, to which I responded, and quot;So you're saying I shouldn't trust that you are going to do the things that you promise me?and quot;

Service department is always friendly, professional and prompt.
No appointment required and very short wait.
Inspected and cleaned my key/lock free of charge because some of the buttons were sticking.
Also honored a coupon which they provided for a sale price of oil change.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. Everything was great!

At first, this was a disaster. They called and said the part was in, we made an appointment. My husband went, signed in and sat there for 45 minutes. They came out and said they didn't have the part. He made another appointment and asked for a discount b/c he had taken time off from work. They gave him one but charged more for the part than they had that very morning!! He showed them the sheet he had signed in with the price and walked out saying he'd have it done somewhere else. The service manager called his cell and said they would order the part and install it for free. A week later, they call and tell him to come in whenever he is available. He shows up on his day off and they tell him they are too busy to put it in. He asks for the manager who sets it straight and takes an additional 20% off. This guy really went out of his way to make things right. That's why I gave an A for professionalism. If he hadn't, this would have been a SCATHING review. That dealership is lucky he works there.

My 1996 Honda Accord Ex Coupe had mushy brakes and I dropped off night before for estimate. No one called the next day, so I called them and they gave me estimate double of any other local private shop. When I picked the car up I found my interior door handle broken off, which had been lose prior to BUT was operable! Any intelligent person could see that care needed to be used. The service advisor begrudgingly took a look at the broken handle and tried to tell me it was my fault for not telling them when I dropped it off, in their over night drop box. I went right to the manager and this "advisor" stood right there and con't to blame me to the mngr's face. NEVER again will I ever go here. Very rude and unprofessional.
