The car was making a bad noise when I was backing up. It was something about something not being bolted with the engine. Something was coming loose and it only made a sound in reverse. They did everything they said they would and the estimate was in line with the amount paid. Plus it is by the diner, what else could you say.

Alignment lasted for years. Was presented with before and after printouts and an explanation of what was done.

They do not take advantage of me even though I am a woman. They repair what they say they are going to repair. Whatever they repair stays fixed and I do not have to go back to them for that same problem in the future. Their prices seem fair to me even though I do not know how to compare it with others. They are very responsive and call to explain what needs to be done as well as what the price would be in order to get my approval before they can go ahead with any work.

They usually take care of any needs we have for our car. We like the service and they are very good about letting us come in and scheduling, stuff like that. We feel that we can trust them and they do a good job.

As a woman I am often uncomfortable taking my car to any other place. They could tell anything and I would believe it. They could tell me that my car needs a regulator and I would say okay to it. I have no idea about the automobiles. Yorktown Tire never takes advantage of me. They only do the work that’s required. When they fix something it stays fixed you don’t have to go back for it. They are reliable. They treat women with respect. They call me with an estimate before doing any work. They are easy to work with. They are excellent. Other places have made me feel either incompetent or they have taken advantage of me or they smirk at me. Yorktown Tire treats me like an intelligent person who does not know about the car. They are accommodating; you can drop off the car in night and they will tell you that they will give a call during the day once the work is complete. If they say it will take 2 days to complete the job then it will take 2 days.
