Peter did a terrific job powerwashing our house and steps. He was prompt, attentive, and provided us with a clear understanding of the cost and the cleaning process. Peter also followed up with us after the job was completed to be sure we were satisfied. We will definitely use Westchester Powerwashing again!

This company did a terrific job of washing moss and algae from out slate roof. His prices were more reasonable than the estimates from his competitors, his work was meticulous and the results were outstanding. Also, Peter worked us in even though he was extremely busy. We were worried about touching the roof because it is the original 1931 slate one with tiles that could break, but Peter could not have been more careful. Highly recommend him.

Darrell was absolutely fantastic. He did a great job removing all the built up grime on our home. He also cleaned out all our gutters and got them working properly all the way through to the drainage pipes. He also removed mold from the front slate steps as well as the roof. Overall, Darrell was very responsive, hard-working and did a fantastic job. We didn't recognize our home when we saw it. He worked a long day and went above and beyond to do everything he said he would do and more. Highly recommend his services.

Used a hard sell tactic. The water pressure utlized was too harsh and left windows dirty. Job seemed rushed and did not appear that they were interested in doing a good job, only in getting paid and moving to next job. Price was too high for quality of service.

Peter was on time, very polite, professional. The balcony/deck is now ready to stain/finish. Very happy with the result. While I probably could have gotten a more competitive price, my time windows are incredibly narrow, and this guy was incredibly flexible. He took 20 years of "tree crud" and "weather-wearing" off my balcony.

The house had some dirt/slight mold on window frames and doors. The north side of the house had a large section of green mold on the vinyl siding.
Peter arrived on time. He walked around the house and noted all the areas that he needed to concentrate on. Since it had rained that morning, he felt he did not have to cover any of the foundation shrubs. Pete discussed what he planned to do and set up his equipment. The job was completed in a timely manner. Pete removed his equipment from the site. We had a discussion on a future maintenance schedule. I found Pete polite, knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions.
I observed the work on the house. The dirt and mold were removed. There was no damage to the shrubbery or the surrounding lawn/patio areas.

Westchester Powerwashing explained the process openly and was willing to answer any question, he arrived on time, was professional and polite willing to explain subjects such as wood color, mildew, and the effects of weathering on the deck.
Thw owner told us it would be a good idea to cover it with something to preserve the newly obtained light yellowish new wood
color of the deck Both my wife and i couldnt believe how beautful and new it looked! Peter the owner has worked for us before and powerwashed the house at a competitive price, again doing a professional and and comprehensive job. I have plans to have him return next year to check with us to see if further services are needed, we were very satisfied with his efforts.

They moved heavy planting containers away from the house and left them all over the lawn. Several items were missing from the property after they left. They were expensive, and for the high price they charged none of this should have happened. I will not use them again.

THEY COME OUT AS SOON AS YOU CALL THEM. THEY GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE RIGHT AWAY. THEY USUALLY COME OUT WITHIN A WEEK TO DO THE WORK, NO WAITING. THE HOUSE LOOKS NICE, AND WATER BEADS ON THE PORCH. IT DOESN'T SPLINTER. THEY ARE CAREFUL.
