I was lucky to get a referral from my neighbor, a friend, as well as my HVAC service company and found the Butler's & Air Quality provided excellent service! I liked that they came out and gave me a free estimate, explained the whole scope of work, and explained exactly what I was paying for. I liked that they've been in business for 30 years and it's a family owned company- the men were very professional and I could tell they knew what they were doing. I couldn't be happier with the job. I've noticed a difference in my home since the completion of work. Also, there were no hidden fees and I paid exactly what they had estimated.

I only paid them paid them half of what they wanted and offered to take the consequences if they tried to sue me.

IT DIDN'T WORK VERY WELL, WHATEVER HE DID. I WAS NOT SATISFIED. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN. THEY DID THE WINDOWS AND THE HOUSECLEANING FINE. THEY DID AN OK JOB ON THE WINDOWS, BUT THE CARPET LOOKED EXACTLY THE SAME. IF ANYTHING AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS WALKING ON IT, IT LOOKS LIKE IT IS IN WORSE SHAPE NOW THAN WHEN THEY WERE HERE.

IT WAS VERY GOOD AND THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY. THEY CAME AND GOT THE JOB DONE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, AND I HOPE THAT THEY DID IT WELL. I CAN'T REALLY SEE WHAT THEY DID.
