The 2 man team arrived as per schedule. They were professional and courteous. After walking them through the location of the vents, they started working. Everything went smoothly. After the job was completed, the team cleaned up very nicely.

The work we contracted for was done professionally and within the time frame that I was given. The techs worked very hard, especially on the dryer vent, which had never been cleaned in at least 25 years. The same went for the duct work in our recently purchased home. When they cleaned the air exchange unit in the attic, they even found a dead mouse in the blower! They were very clean and efficient in their work. My only concerns are the prices, which I thought were a little high. And due to my own fault, I did not originally see them on Angie's List, where I could have saved 5% with a coupon. Oh well. And second, I could not get a good answer as to why the bathroom vents were not included in the cleaning service. I would think that those vents are pretty nasty too, and should be cleaned.
Overall, I would recommend them to others, and I would use them again.

They sent a very professional team to my home. I expressed some concern regarding the employees being unsupervised, and they assured me that the owner would stop by-which he did. My only complaint relates to the cost. I felt that the base level service for the duct cleaning was high, but I did not have the time to shop around. The service men were very respectful of my home, however, the main man continued to try to sell me add on services for sanitizing and coil cleaning during the process. I think they should have one fixed price for the duct work-which includes the coil cleaning and sanitizer. I still think the overall cost is a lot. Not sure what the competition charges. Overall, professional company and good service. I have no idea how to judge the quality of duct cleaning work, except that the ducts looked clean after inspection of the work-which the men encouraged.

"We appreciate your comments. There were a large number of registers to be serviced, plus one of the air handlers was located in the attic which adds to the time and difficulty of the job. While we don't always clean the coils and blowers, we do recommend that if the client's HVAC company doesn't do it, that we should. Cleaning the coils and blowers improves the air flow and overall efficiency of your air handler. Also included in the price was the cleaning of the clothes dryer vent."

They came on time. They were polite and efficient and careful. They filled a large barrel with dust and debris. We've been in the house since 1973 and the ducts were never cleaned.

This company was recommended to us by another company that we worked with. They did a very good job overall. They did very little damage with moving the vents, and there was no mess. The approximate cost is around $80 per vent. They were efficient and got the job done within about 3-4 hours.

The service they do is fine. They do the job, but they’re ridiculously over-priced; they’re very expensive for what they do.
