Billy and his team did a stellar job - right from helping choose the right product to the installation and cleanup of the old one. The new equipment works like a charm. Billy's entire team actually turned up on a Saturday for the installation in one of the coldest days of 2022 and worked outdoors and in the limited crawl space in freezing temperatures just so we could beat the upcoming storm the next day. Theor conduct was extremely courteous and professional throughout and they left us all feeling very happy and contented. Billy and his team have helped us on earlier occasions too in fixing the older unit and were exemplary even then. NEVER have we felt we were overcharged or received undervalue service

We cannot say enough about Talon Heating and Cooling!! Our central air system was older than we realized. It finally died, of course, during the initial heatwave of the summer. I called a number of professionals to get estimates; one told me, flat out, they were so busy they probably could not call us back for at least a week - they never called. Billy replied quickly and was here ASAP to give us an estimate. He is so professional, friendly, and direct. It was clear that he was the best choice. Despite the fact that Talon was so busy, they were able to get to us within days. Billy and his crew were prompt, hardworking, and polite. Of course, the day of installation was one of those tropical rainforest days, but the men of Talon worked so hard I cannot say enough about them!!! Their work was as precise as it was neat and clean. THEY SAVED US FROM THE SWELTERING HEAT!! We will forever remain devoted Talon customers. Quite simply, they are the ONLY CHOICE for your HVAC needs.

We have had a couple of issues with our heating and AC units since we moved into our home a little over a year ago. Each time, we have relied on Billy and his team to assess and correct. They have never let us down. We always get a response -for example, we just found ourselves without AC upstairs and have two newborns at home. I messaged Billy and by 8am the following morning they arrived and fixed it within an hour. I also feel they provide fair assessments- just an all around honest and reliable group to work with. We will continue to rely on him and the team for our heating /AC needs.

I asked another company 3 days ago and they came and said you need to fully replace the air handler. One of my friends recommended I should talk to Talon before I replace the system. Talon people are honest, fair, professional and very reliable. I would strongly recommend Talon to anyone who needs heating or HVAC service.

Great! Hours after the initial call someone came to help! The technician figured out what was wrong and fixed it right away. He also recommended some follow up work and explained it all very well.

Have used Talon & Heating various times in my house over the years and the owner Billy and his mechanics are great. I have without hesitation recommend Billy to my family and friends and have always received back the greatest comments about the professionalism of Billy and his mechanics. My a/c unit went down on Tuesday and within a few hours Billy was over my house, explained clearly the issues with my old unit and how much a replacement would be. I could not believe how reasonable the cost was. Within 2 days they had replaced the unit and removed the old unit as well. Great service as always with a very trusting and owner in Billy. He's been very responsive and has ordered a part which he should be installing shortly and he has been texting me with updates.

Everything went well. I used a coupon in the pennysaver for a discount cleaning and they did a good job. I've actually been using them for years.

I have been using Talon for my boiler maintenance/repairs for a few years. Billy is always responsive and prompt. I have dealt with other companies that treat you like a second class citizen unless you have a contract. Well Talon is not like that. They are always fair and reasonable. They come out whenever you need them. I decided that my boiler although still running, was near the end. So Billy replaced the boiler in one day, working until late in the evening to get the job done. The job was neat and complete. I am writing this two years after the installation and I have no complaints. The boiler is running smooth.

After repeated phone calls over three weeks to schedule an appointment for Talon to come over for an estimate they finally came. Very nice employee, David, spent a half hour or so seeing what we would need done and then left telling us we'd hear back from the owner shortly with an estimate. That was a month ago. We have never heard from Talon again.

They came out the very same day I called. One of the reasons I picked them (other than the good reviews) was because they are local and open until 11.30pm. The engineer was very professional, explained everything thoroughly and provided us with some options. He fixed there and then by adding sealant and charge and yes we were working again!

I initially spoke with Billy who set up a convenient appointment.  His employee, Connor, came to do the work.  Connor was very polite and friendly.  I am not a heating expert, but from what I saw, he did an thorough job.  The area was left clean.  I am very happy to recommend them and do plan on using them in the future.

Excellent - I have used Talon for years and they are truly one of the best service vendors I have ever used. I wish all companies were as good and easy as these guys. Great for emergencies or standard service. I would highly recommend them. Prices are very fair and reasonable.

The provider was responsive and was able to provide an appointment date/time which worked for us. As discussed, we were called prior to a technician coming over. David was punctual and knowledgeable, explaining everything that he was doing. It was found that our condenser needed replacement and a quote was provided promptly. A follow-up phone call was made to check if the quote was received (which was greatly appreciated). Although we plan on holding off on replacing the condenser for a little bit, we plan on using Talon for the job because of the great experience we had.
