 + -1 moreSilicon Valley Computers has a highly talented computer guru. I think he owns the company. He always makes himself available and is very responsive to phone calls. He does tremendous work. I rate his service higher than what you can get on-line from your computer sales people.
Description of Work: He came to do a virus check and did a basic clean-up and restoration of my hard drive.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE PROMPT AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEY ARE VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED. IT WAS VERY COST EFFECTIVE. THEY WERE NOT OVER THE TOP AS FAR AS PRICE IS CONCERNED.

 + -1 moreDISCOVERED, AFTER THE REPAIR THAT THE UPGRADE TO WINDOWS XP WAS DONE WITH A PIRATED VERSION OF THE PROGRAM AND NOT LEGAL. ON THE OTHER HAND WORK IS DONE THE SAME DAY AND THE VIRUS REMOVAL AND ADDITIONAL MEMORY WAS GOOD.
Description of Work: COMPUTER UPGRADED TO WINDOWS XP, REMOVAL OF VIRUS AND ADDITIONAL MEMORY ADDED.
