I had a contract to spray our trees from April to September 6 times plus spray a deer repellent in the Fall. They sprayed once and failed to spray in May and June without notice. I had to keep calling to find out why they weren't spraying. I finally cancelled the contract.

Excellent!! The men are so professional and accommodating. I have used them twice before always with great results. They came on time. cabled the tree. Trimmed and then cleaned the entire yard.

A three man crew showed up as scheduled at 8:15 am. They had two trucks, one bucket truck (nice truck) and a covered truck with a chipper. They finished all climbing and bucket work by 11 am. The site was well cleaned. Luis and Rosmin were great. Ray the owner came by and picked up a check about 2 hours later.

They were very professional and did immaculate work.

They took down a huge tree, removed and chipped trees that were down, and grinded the stumps. The crew was professional and cleaned up our yard perfectly. Would definitely recommend them.

Ray responded to my call within a day. While it wasn't a big job, he answered all my questions, made suggestions to keep everything healthy, and was honest about what didn't need to be done. He quoted a reasonable price and two weeks later the crew showed up on time, did a great job including a thorough clean-up. Wish all jobs went this smoothly.

Rayal did a great job cutting down and removing dead trees on our property. We were pleased with their responsiveness when we first contacted them and the high quality of their work. We would use them again and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

The job was done quickly and neatly. The entire area was left clean with no evidenceof the tree. The owner came by to check if we were satisfied. His price was fair and the work was excellent. This is a really professional company with very nice people.

Superstorm Sandy created a significant tangle of snapped and downed trees on the property. The trees were enormous and some were over 80' in height. Rayal treecare provided an immediate quote. The work was completed in a professional and timely manner. The crews were hardworking and professional. Having the correct equipment and expertise made a huge difference in completing the job. All the damaged trees were removed and the area was cleared.

They were priced competitively. They did a very good job. On the negative side, their bookkeeping isn't good.

The 2011 Halloween storm did tremendous beating on my trees. Trees 60-75 foot high had large sections broken off, some dangling over my driveway and house. I had Rayal Tree Care Company do some work in the past, tree removal and pruning. They did a good job, a competitive rate so I called them again. This time with extensive damage to some beautiful trees I needed more that a man with a chain saw. Ray Lienau Jr., a trained arborist came to my home and evaluated what was needed to be done., what had to go, what could be saved. A few days later Ray Lienau Sr. and a crew of six with three trucks arrived and went to work. The worker in the cherry picker maneuvered the bucket around wires and broken branches cutting branches like a surgeon. While he worked on two trees other workers climbed other trees and did an outstanding job cutting and pruning. When finished all the branches were chipped and the area was cleaned. I am totally satisfied with their work.

Rayal Tree Service was very knowledgeable. They were very professional also.

I had two vey old Sassafras trees in my front yard, and one of them was losing allot of bark. Rayal came out and gave me many different options of the type of work they could do to help me make a decision as to what I should do. Many of the companies that came out just said to take down both, Raymond from Rayal was very informative and he understood that i wanted to keep the trees if i could. I decided to take down the one sick tree and safety prune the other. The crew that came to my home did a great, professional job from the actuall removal of the tree, to the hauling off of all the wood.They were even able to save the small Japanese Maple tree that was growing 6 inches fron the trunk of the Sassafras tree that was removed. I asked, but did not demand that they do this, as i could see how difficult it could be, but The maple came out unscathed and will one day grow to replace the Sasafras' shade that i will sorely miss! On top of the great work they were the cheapest estimate i got from 5 companies.

They did a good job and we were happy with them. We were very pleased with their work. The only thing is that I have found other people who are less expensive.

They arrived with a several workers who were able to climb the trees and take down some very big trees that were dead or dying. They also removed some of the small trees and saplings to thin out the woods. They were able to remove a number of trees in a single day (about 10) and they removed them from the property. The site was cleaned up to my satisfaction when they left.

Ray Jr. arrived on time to give us an estimate. He scheduled the work for the next day, and the crew arrived on time. They were professional, courteous and efficient. The firewood was neatly stacked and the property was left clean and in good condition. I might have found someone to do the work more cheaply, but not as professionally.

Rayal Tree Care has also done spraying for us on a regular basis. They are reasonably priced and very dependable. They do a great job of cleaning up and are very professional and neat. I've always been satisfied with their work.

A crew of four worked on the job (took about 2 hours time to remove all 3 trees) and were professional. They placed mats on the lawn where the truck drove so as not to leave tire tracks. They cleaned up the lawn afterward and came back the next day to grind the stumps. The price was a bit high, but that was offset by the good work they did.
