Horribly. Plans were wrong, measurements off, spec book was a cut and paste job that spec'd very little of what we had specified and included things that we had not. Sent out bid set to contractors without reviewing with us. we had multiple discussions about his delays and asked if he was still up for this and he always assured us that he was. Only 1 of 7 contractors responded because it was such a mess. We had to rebid again and his lack of attention has cost us a huge amount of time and money.
