He was very nice but didn't pay attention to my suggestions, didn't find anything out and seemingly wasted my money away. Jerry wasn't even able to follow him from his office on a regular work day, telling me he hadn't left his office when indeed he had, and similar things like that. My husband turned out to be a raging s** addict frequenting massage parlors but I found out on my own, and the money I spent on this investigator would have been put to better use elsewhere.

"I'm sorry that the client feels this way unfortunately things don't always go as planned. There are no crystal balls when it comes to knowing someone's movements. This was a midtown Manhattan office building numerous entrances and exits. In closing all things asked of us were completed unfortunately the budget was small and as such limited the number of investigators. Jerry Palace"
