Chris literally strung-me-along for over a week. After several times of him not responding or not showing up I asked him to let me know if he couldn't do the work, so I could look elsewhere. I had a leaking hot water tank. I mentioned the leak was getting worse and he said he would come. He NEVER came and stopped responding to any text messages. Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Pipe was fixed. Condition corrected.

When we built our home, they did all of the plumbing installation. We like that they're local, too. They're very good as far as call backs and responsiveness and are very punctual. When they do a job, they provide an estimate first before they do the work. They have fair pricing, too.

They are very responsive because they come over right away if we call them.  They are quite busy.

I got up there around the end of May and called them ahead of time to get everything up and running. When I got there there was no water and two broken radiators as well a broken pipe in the ceiling. It was obviously incorrectly winterized. They promised to make it right, but never followed through. I finally sent them a registered letter with a date of August 3rd, still waiting to hear from them.
