Great -- they used parts that were less expensive, after I let them know that my 16-year old son would be driving the car soon and I wanted to keep the repair expenses down. They charged me less than others had quoted, and did great work. I would definitely use them again.

Hartel charged a very reasonable price to replace my car's left rear fender, gas filler door, and air intake vent cover.  They painted all replacement parts, and blended the adjacent driver's door. They matched the original paint exactly and their work is outstanding. I'm very happy with my car that looks like new again. They were very friendly, courteous, and professional and I will definitely use their services again if/when the need arises.

Friendly honest service. Great professional body work. When I went there for an estimate I looked at the shop and could tell their level of professionalism just by the clean well organized shop. Turns out the paint techs father did the custom body work on my car in the 80's. His father was the best and it has been passed down. Highly recommend

Excellent.  I highly recommend Hartel, they are straight forward and efficient.  They advised me the insurance quote only allowed generic replacement parts.  I was able to request geniune replacement parts and my vehicle was restored to its pre-accident condition.  Workmanship was excellent and experience was seamless.  Repairs were completed in the time frame that was quoted.  I could not be happier.

Hartel's has fixed my car for the last few years and is my go to auto body shop.. Whether a big or small job, I know and trust that it will get done right. I have had my car serviced here for numerous issues with my car, including repairing my actuator in May 2012 and during the big storm in December 2010 when someone hit my 2001Civic. They repaired the hood, grill, and other minor damage my car sustained in record time. They worked with me and my insurance company so it didn't become a hassle and their prices were extremely reasonable. What I really like about this place is that it's an honest, reliable, family owned business that does quality work; something you don't always get from mechanics.

Rene at Hartels was able to give me an appointment for repair within a few days of my initial visit.  It corresponded with the parts delivery.  A rental car was already at the premises when I arrived and I was on my way within 30 minutes.  The car was ready the next day as promised.  In fact it was ready by 11 a.m.  The work was excellent and the paint was matched with care.  They even cleaned the car for me.  I recommend them without reservation.  Excellent work.
