The top was cut very uneven and some branches were not cut at all. He could not reach them. We ended up with a line of bushes that look butchered. He wanted more money after realizing the job was bigger than he thought even though he surveyed the job beforehand. He offered to cut the top if we went and got a bigger ladder (we would have had to rent one at our expense).
He also left a lot of cut branches on the ground and didn't clean them up. Overall, we were not happy with the job he did.Licensing
