Arrived exactly on time. Friendly, efficient, very capable, hardly noticed he was there, will hire again for other projects.

He's working on some jobs right now for me; he was here last week. He finished one, he's gonna do a different job but I've gotta get some other things so he can do it. The price was very reasonable with everything. The tax itself was like almost $100, so really for all the time he spent here, it was very reasonable. He's gonna be back soon when I get my act together. I've gotta go look at two things I want. He's gonna do a bathroom sink and bathroom shower. He's gonna replace the bathroom sink and he's gonna put a new shower head in there for me, in the bathroom. I've gotta go to another provider and pick what I want first.

It was a pleasure working with Mark and Eric. Mark responded to our initial phone call over the weekend, even though we stated in our message to reply at his convenience. He stopped by the same day to take a look at what needed to be done, and we scheduled an appointment for the next week. Mark and Eric arrived promptly at the stated time, completed the job quickly, and graciously answered a few questions we had about our heating system. They are very experienced and have a wealth of knowledge regarding various types of plumbing and heating installations. We are so glad we found Economy Plumbing, and will definitely use them for any future plumbing jobs.

Mark was on time and was very nice. The work was done with care. His work very clean no mess to clean up. I will use him again.

Mark was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The job was complicated, but was completed efficiently. We have used Economy in the past and will continue to do so since not only is Mark an honest man, but he is also very friendly and willing to provide advice.

I was very pleased with the service, and the promptness of response, and would use Economy Plumbing as needed. I am happy to recommend them.

He took one look and diagnosed the problem and when that valve proved to be broken, he said that something had to have caused the valve to fail. In another minute he said that the hot water return tank wasn't working. As he went along, he explained what he was doing, and in about forty minutes -- including a trip to a plumbing supply store to get a new overflow tank -- he had everything working. He then spent five minutes making sure it was working. He's a really nice guy, thorough, and wants to be sure he's got the repairs right!ix

overflo pipe was dripping. Mark and Eric lowered water pressure by installing pressure valve and it is fine now.

He did a good job. However, I think he was very highly priced. After researching, the markup on the parts was at least 100%. A markup is usually expected, but I found that this was a bit high.
