They are way over priced, it always took weeks for them to get to me, and they always left a mess.
I had bought a new pool from them. In the first year the liner had six holes in it and they kept coming out to patch it, which looked horrible. A new large pool should not have holes in its liner. They just kept coming up with excuses. It took a lot of arguing for them to replace the liner at their own cost.
I have given up on them and I now take care of the work myself.

THEY CLOSED MY POOL AND NEVER PUT MY CHEMICALS IN. THEY GOT MAD AT ME WHEN I TOLD THEM THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE TO REOPEN IT TO PUT THE CHEMICALS IN. THE PRICE WAS A FAIR PRICE.

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE ON THE PHONE. I DIDN'T REALLY THINK THAT THEY DID IT IN A NICE WAY BECAUSE THE STUFF IS STILL ALL AROUND IN THE BACK. I'M ACTUALLY DELIGHTED THAT IT'S DONE. I WOULDN'T SAY THAT THEY WERE GREAT. THEY WERE GOOD. THEY COULD HAVE DONE IT BETTER.

I HAVE BEEN USING DIFFERENT STROKES FOR YEARS TO OPEN AND CLOSE MY IN THE GROUND SWIMMING POOL. THEY ARE GREAT. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE OPENING OF MY POOL. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
