They were early and actually cleaned up after themselves. Very courteous as well. Got the job done fast and right

He told me that I needed to get architectural drawings and he would build it. He spent a few minutes with me and he knew we didn't have architectural drawings but he came out any way. He wasn't overly attentive. It seemed he had something else going on because he kept looking at his cellphone a lot. Basically I think he wasn't going to do anything because he said he was going to text my husband and give him the name of an architect he uses but he never did. He made an appointment for seven o'clock so we could both be available when he came but he failed to stick to the original appointment. We got them off of Angie's List because they were highly rated. We never got any services done by him. Our first impression of him wasn't that great.

The owner, Chris Sciarra, provided a professional estimate and performed all tasks in a thorough manner. The job was very well done.

Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. He arranged for the required permits with no hassle. He came, did the work and I was satisfied.

It went fabulous! They promised that the job would be completed in a certain time and it was done right when they said it would. They took everything out of my hands and took care of the entire project. Their communication was excellent. The entire experience was just great! I could not be more pleased.

I thought the job was perfect. I'm very possible with the quality of the work. He had no blueprints and I simply told him what I wanted regarding two platforms for the stairs since we have a baby. He understood exactly what I was saying and he had a couple of ideas that turned out beautifully. I would absolutely recommend him, but the problem is reaching him. He'll call you back eventually, but once he's on the job, there is no problem. You may have to call him two or three times, but if you're persistent, it's worth it. He did our kitchens in the past and he does unbelievably fine work.

I highly recommend CS Construction. Chris, the owner of CS Construction, and his wife, Paula, are a pleasure to deal with. Chris gave me a firm estimate for the attic stairs and AC slab , adjusting the AC base approach to one that was within my budget. His workmen, Pavel and Carlos, did an excellent job. Pavel did the majority of the work with Carlos backing him up and doing the finishing and touch-up. They work clean, putting down tarps to protect your flooring and totally clean up after. They work quickly and professionally. When there was an issue with trim around the attic stairs after it was in place, they removed it, replacing it with a new piece to my satisfaction. Carlos repeatedly said, "We just want you to be happy with the job." Both Chris and Paula called individually to make sure all went well. Excellent follow up.

We hired this company because of the low price. They gave us references that we called. They all had positive feedback. This company kept us informed of their timeline and any problems. I was satisfied with the quality of their work. They were efficient and cleaned the work site daily. They were courteous and friendly.

THEY WERE VERY EXCELLENT IN RESPONDING TO OUR NEEDS AND COMFORT AS OUR HOUSE WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. THEY ALSO WORKED VERY FAST AND EFFICIENTLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY, ESPECIALLY SINCE MY FAMILY WAS NOT LIVING IN THE HOUSE. THEY MADE THE INCONVENIENCE AS SMALL AS POSSIBLE.
