Craig M. Auth is punctual, personable, and a perfectionist. He looked at the job and provided an estimate in a timely fashion.He completely demolished two bathrooms, and always left a neat and clean worksite. He insulated the walls, put up water-resistant sheetrock, and taped, including a rather complicated skylight. He replaced one window completely, and installed exhaust fans. He installed the cabinetry and accessories. Craig is a jack-of-all trades, but tiling is clearly his passion. Nothing fazed him - I had tiles placed vertically in one room and horizontally in another; shampoo boxes (niches) installed in both rooms; designs with accent tiles including lines, diamonds, and rectangles. I also made several changes, and Craig took them in stride saying, "Now's the time to get it how you want." He even painted, something most contractors won't do! Craig did all of the work himself (with the exception of agreed plumbing and electric), and worked on the project until it was finished. He did not interrupt it with other jobs, nor send anyone else to do the work. Craig M. Auth is a great craftsman, a man of his word, and a gentleman.
