Anthonie did an overall great job. I was very pleased with the end product. I had use Stanley Steemer in the past but was unhappy about the amount of water left in the carpet frrom their steam cleaning method. Anthonie's process was very effective and dried within a couple of hours as promised. He moved all the furniture and spot treated all the stains. He was polite and professional and cheerfully honored my discount coupons. Compared to Stanley Steemer, Anthonie's prices were cheaper even without the coupons.My only complaint is that Anthonie was about 45 minutes late in arriving, but given the quality of his work & his price I will not let his deter me from hiring him again.

I called and asked if they could clean cat urine off of rugs. He said no problem. He had the rug for a month, and when I came to pick it reeked of cat urine. I told him, and he said he would put a spray on it. I put in my car and the smell was so bad I took it back to him.

"We never tell any customer that we guarantee to remove pet odor completely from a carpet. We have a disclaimer on our invoices that explains this to customers who want our pet odor treatment . It clearly states there is no 100 % guarantee. Our pet odor treatment does work very well but not in all circumstances and we ALWAYS make sure to let our customers know this fact before we use it. She obviously does not remember this. Maybe it was because she waited over a month to pick up the rug."

They came 2 hours early to clean my carpets-- the man assigned to my job was not happy that he had to wait 10 minutes for me to return home. After the rugs were cleaned, I discovered that they had missed a few spots where paint had gotten on the rug. I called several times to see if they would send someone out to do touch ups. It has been over a month and still no return call. They have the poorest customer service I have ever seen, and they are more than willing to talk to you if that means you are paying but they don't want to fix their sloppy work. I will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone I know-in fact I will make it a point to let everyone know that they should avoid this company at all costs.

Workers were on time and were very professional and polite. They did the work in just under two hours. The carpets and rug all came out very well. They were unable to get a stain out of the couch, but they had told us in advance that it was unlikely it could be removed. There were no surprises, and we were satisfied with the work done.

I JUST GOT THEM OUT OF THE YELLOW PAGES. I WAS COMPARING PRICES. THEY ARE LOCAL AND CONVENIENT FOR ME. WE WERE MOVING IN, AND IT WAS PRETTY BASIC. THE BEDROOM IS THE ONLY ONE THAT IS CARPETED.
