He ran pipes and came back once the floor was tiled to connect the heater. Once the Runtal was connected, he couldn't get the heat to work properly. He figured there was air in the pipe and tried to bleed it, unsuccessfully. After some time, he left and said he would come back and figure out how to the heater to work. He insisted we pay him for his time and the entire job as he claimed he did his job of installing it. Because it was getting late, he said he would come back and get it to work. I paid him in full, as I believed he'd come back. We've used him before and have been very satisfied. I texted and called Rudy many times over the next month, but he was too busy to come back, but said he would get it to work. Four months later, I paid another plumber to fix the problem. it's too bad as we thought as Rudy as professional and good at what he does, but this was quite the contrary.

Good experience...

Excellent service. I've used this company for over 30 years, closer to 40 actually. I didn't need service immediately - the drains were just a little sluggish, but when Rudy, the owner, heard I was leaving for MN in a few days, he said they'd be over that day (just in case there was a lot of rain while I was away - there would be a chance of the basement flooding). They arrived early in the afternoon, did their usual excellent job of correcting the problem. They are friendly, but professional. I especially like that Rudy explains everything clearly and concisely. Another thing that's great is they are clean, clean, clean. There's never a mess, whether it's installing a food disposal or cleaning out the pipes - whatever the plumbing problem (and I've certainly had quite a few throughout the years) they never leave any grime, etc. I'm very comfortable having this company in the house. They are good and they are reputable. Plus their prices are reasonable and fair.

I chose them because 1) they had acceptable reports from Angie's List, 2) their price was the best. The owner/boss was friendly and accessible on the phone. Two guys showed up, not the owner who I had talked with on the phone, and they seemed competent and were very polite, but they didn't seem quite as experienced as I had expected. At the end, they had some trouble resealing the hole that the snake went in and then said they had to charge me an extra $25 to repair the plate. Not a huge deal and I probably should have asked to talk with their supervisor at the time, but didn't. They were still very nice. But after they left it annoyed me that 1) they weren't quite as experienced as I thought they were, and 2) I ended up paying more, when one of the main reasons I hired them was because their price was so reasonable.

After all these years I still feel we have the best company around for pipe and drain cleaning. Rudy was able to identify what our problem was - he suggested we have them cleaned every couple of years. We've done that faithfully and have never had a problem since! It's amazing - it was awful before - constant backups. Rudy is also excellent with other plumbing problems, but his solving of our drainage problem was a godsend. As far as cleanliness -they are clean, neat, - never any indication that any plumbing work was done. The company responds to calls immediately and if they are delayed they let you know. After all these years I believe I am lucky to have Bestway solving my plumbing problems. It's a good feeling to know you can trust someone to do a good job. I would definitely recommend them.
