Excellent products and service.  Without Best Plumbing Tile and Stone I doubt that my bathroom remodels would have gotten off the ground.  Salesperson Colleen Brannigan was fantastic:  patient, informative, and professional.  She exhibited and demonstrated many of the products in the showroom, and she worked hard to give us the best price.  Locals say that Best is pricey, but I visited other showrooms, and found Best to be right in line.  Plus you can see and touch everything - not possible when you're looking up at a wall at a big box store!  Communicating was easy via email, and deliveries were punctual.  Any changes I requested were handled pleasantlyand punctually - try that with online retailers!  In this era it's nice to have the experts on hand, and Westchester and Putnam counties are lucky to have Best Plumbing Tile and Stone in our backyard!

Salesperson made many mistakes on the order such as recommending items that were not compatible (ex. sold us faucet that doesn't really fit properly on whirlpool bath). So we had to go in countless times to exchange wrong parts which held up work being performed.

They told me that they don't support that company anymore and I had to contact the manufacturer myself. After sales support is not good.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD, VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND ORGANIZED. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY ARE PRICED A LITTLE HIGHER, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THEY HAVE A NICE SELECTION.

Very accommodating and pleasant to deal with and very diligent in their search of manufacturers to find the right equipment. Being that the house was old and they do not make the color anymore that we want - they search to find a manufacturer that had it.

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THEY WERE HELPFUL IN DECIDING ON THE COLOR AND STYLING FOR THE MARBLE TOP. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING IN SCHEDULING THE TEMPLATING AND THEN INSTALLING OF THE MARBLE SINK TOP.

THIS COMPANY WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE PROMPT SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO OUR NEEDS. THE WORKMANSHIP COULD HAVE BEEN DONE A LITTLE NEATER, BUT OVERALL FAIRLY GOOD.

WONDERFUL SELECTION OF FIXTURES, MIRRORS, CABINETS, ETC. CONSULTANTS WERE HELPFUL AND FIRM WAS ACCOMMODATING TO OUR NEEDS. GOOD PRICE RANGE OF ITEMS WERE AVAILABLE TO US.
