Christine was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

Absolute collaborated with us to help select the flooring we were looking for while educating us on the types of flooring meeting our stated objectives and desires. Absolute was patient, let us take samples home. Absolute also educated us on the proper care for our floor. We know we can relay on them for product support in the future.

The organization is extremely professional and courteous - the installer was here on time and did an excellent job of removing the old carpeting,cleaning the area before installing the new carpet and cleaned up afterwards.

Tiles came exactly as ordered.

Had a great experience with Absolute Flooring--excellent customer service (Mary helped us and was responsive and very patient), including preparing paperwork for our insurance reimbursement and waiting patiently with the carpet installment until it was confirmed. Installation went smoothly (lots of asymmetrical sides and difficult open stairs...they did an excellent job). After looking around at a number of local carpet places (many of whom had the same or similar products) it came down to customer service and Absolute was way ahead of the others. My only complaint is that they insisted (for fraud prevention on their part) that we come, to the store to pay by credit card (didn't take cc"s over the phone) which was a bit of a pain, but not ultimately a big deal.

Removed old carpeting and pad and hauled it away.
Installed new nylon carpeting that I had selected at their showroom on Front St. in Yorktown.
Excellent job.

So, far we're pleased with them, so far so good. We haven't received materials from them but we're in the process of buying things. We're going to have them install it for me. The price they charge was comparable.

They are excellent. Their price is excellent. Their customer service was excellent. They delivered the product ahead of schedule. Their price was fair. I would definitely use them again.

Flooring work was done professionally. New underlayment was installed first, the seams closed with a cement looking material and then the new vinyl flooring glued down on top. The flooring part of the job was excellent and completed in a day and a half.
I had to have my plumber come in today to fix a leak in one of the toilets and apparently there was a substandard ring installed with almost no wax present which caused the leak.
They installed a metal strip in all three areas which I guess is standard but they never told me and I think it's ugly and cheap
looking. I would have preferred something else. The metal strip covered the transition from carpeting to vinyl.
Thank to Angies list for advice on what to look for in a contractor and getting a detailed contract before giving them any money.

It went fine. They showed up on time. The installer did have a question and he was able to contact the company, the problem was solved.

.Went to Absolute via recommendation from a friend, store staff was excellent, answered all my questions, was able to take home tiles, installation date was setup after arrival of order -- my problems began with the installer -- he was good at putting down the floor, but scratched my 3 month old stainless refrigerator, cut 2 moldings wrong, left his tool box in front of my hall closet without asking if this was OK-- (installation took 2 days) put his saw on my wood floor without anything placed under it - --They installer left a lot to be desired!! I complainedon Nov 16th and on Dec 3rd (cordination of when to return was a problem, and Absolute's delay in phoning me back delayed their return).Only one out of 3 problems were corrected on the 3rd, of December they need to return again!

Good selection of tile at the store. Found exactly what I was looking for. All appointments were kept and work was completed on schedule. Site was cleaned each day. Will use Absolute Flooring again to tile a bathroom.

Everything went very well. They did what they said they would and they were reasonably price. They were a pleasure to work with.

Everyone at Absolute was very professional. Peggy Zraly has a very good manner and made me feel optimistic about the sales and installation services they would provide. As I was renovating my kitchen I had a strict time line as to when they could install the floor. They were very accommodating. The installer, John, arrived at 9:25 am instead of between 8:30 and 9:00 am as I was told to expect. Otherwise he was very hard working, precise and cleaned up after himself. John did a beautiful job and we are delighted with the floor. I'm glad that I didn't tackle it myself. My wallet would be fatter but the floor would not look anywhere near as good!

Outstanding, overall. The sales staff in the office were very knowledgeable and helpful. I thought I wanted laminated flooring, but they recommended vinyl (which cost less). The installation was completed in one day and the workers took great pride in their work. Everyone went out of their way to make sure the floor would be perfect - and it is. I will go back to them to carpet a bedroom in a few weeks.

THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY DID WHAT WORKED, AND A GOOD JOB. THE FLOOR STILL LOOKS GOOD AFTER TWO MONTHS. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT THEY USED.

IT WAS GREAT. IT WAS FINE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. IT WAS NOTHING OVER THE TOP BUT I THINK THEY DID A GOOD JOB. WHEN I WENT INTO THE STORE, THEY WERE REALLY NICE. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED, WHAT COLOR. THEY WERE VERY QUICK IN HELPING ME CHOOSE WHAT I NEEDED.

IT WAS SATISFACTORY. THE WORK PERFORMED WAS DONE SATISFACTORILY. WE HAD OUR STAIRS, AND THEY ARE COMPLICATED TO DO. MY WIFE WAS NOT SATISFIED SO THEY HAD TO COME BACK AND DO SOME TOUCHING UP. I THOUGHT IT WAS FINE TO BEGIN WITH. I BELIEVE IT WAS A COMPETITIVE PRICE. IT WASN'T CHEAP. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. IT SEEMED TO ME THEY KNEW THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY ARE HELPFUL WITH CHOOSING AND GUIDING US.

THEY WERE FINE AND ON TIME. THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THE MEN WHO CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE WERE RESPECTFUL AND PLEASANT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THE CARPETING IS DEFINITELY A STEP UP FROM WHAT WAS IN HERE BEFORE.

THEY JUST CAME AND DID IT AND GOT IT FINISHED. THEY DIDNT MESS AROUND. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. IT WAS TWO GUYS, AND THEY WERE NICE ENOUGH. THE QUALITY WAS REALLY GOOD.
