Very disappointed..  About a year after installation a leak developed.  They were unable to come promptly to fix it, so I called someone else.  They informed me of shoddy installation on 2 fronts- first, the leak was caused by incorrect pitch of the condensate pipe, and second, there was a gap in the connection of the air handler to the duct work  which they  closed up with massive amounts of duct tape instead of making a hard connection with metalwork.  When I spoke to the owner, he essentially said there was nothing wrong and basically I got what I paid for, implying that because I did this through Lowes, they get paid less so its ok to take shortcuts.

It all went well.

Ultimately, the job was well done, but things got done later than promised, eg" the equipment truck will be here in half an hour", and it shows up 3 hours later. It took 3 calls to get an answer about flashing lights on the unit. The condensate pump did not work eand had to be replaced the next day. They just seem very disorganized.

It took four appointments with four different 123HVAC service technicians to repair my HVAC. The first three techs were polite and courteous but did not fix the unit. Unfortunately, the tech with the ability to finally fix the unit was rude and impatient. Surprisingly, each new technician that arrived would badmouth the previous technician even though they all work for the same company. I found 123HVAC lacking in professionalism.

This company came recommended because of their scheduling availability and courteous service. The time scheduling convenience didn't matter since this ordeal costed me 16 hours of my personal time (10 hours of service time in my condo ). Also, the courteous service disappeared as the repair dragged on. If you need a repair, 123HVAC can be an expensive gamble.

Note: The total cost was around $950. Initial cleaning and evaluation was $200; follow-up visit was no cost; next attempt to fix the unit cost $525 and the final attempt cost $225.

installed a new Trane HVAC system. I shopped every Trane dealer within 50 miles. They were about $1000 cheaper than all other dealers for the same system.

123 HVAC removed my old boiler and installed a new one. They were not the lowest estimate that I had gotten for this job, but they were by far, the most professional and knowledgeable. It was easy to get information from them about the different brands of boilers and their features and they were always courteous. I always got prompt call backs and e-mail responses, and they always arrived when they said they would. I was confident that they would do a good job and that their advice was sound with respect to product recommendations. Anthony and his crew know their business and I would not hesitate to use them again. Their original estimate for this job was considerably higher than the final price agreed on, as they were willing to compete pricewise for the job. The bottom line is that I am glad that I went through the estimate process and got to see how some of the other HVAC contractors conducted business; no comparison!

When I called for an appointment for an estimate, the receptionist was friendly and accommodating; the first appointment was scheduled within a few days, with the cleaning procedures (if desired) scheduled for the following week. For the initial inspection, John arrived promptly, efficiently reviewed my needs, and confirmed his assessment with photos he took of the interiors of the ducts. We agreed on a date and time for the work to be completed. Two technicians arrived a bit after the agreed-upon time, but I was called and told about the delay, which was work related. John and Johnny (no kidding!) were efficient, effective and thorough. They kept a log of "before and after" photos each step of the way, a good way for a client to be reassured about the need for the work, as well as the quality of the cleaning procedures involved.
In addition to their high level of competence, the technicians worked neatly, cleaning up any resulting messiness from the cleaning. They were also polite and friendly, and answered any questions I had. The cost was as agreed, with no surprises. A decidedly pleasant and effective experience - I would definitely use this company again, and recommend it highly.

Returned my inquiry call promptly, and sent repair personnel within a day. They were courteous, diagnosed the problem right away, and gave me an estimate. Only two days later the part was available, and they came back to install. They were knowledgable, careful, and the price was very reasonable. They provided excellent service, and I'd definitely use them again. (Meanwhile an inquiry call I made of another company was never even returned...)

From the time my girlfriend called after having received 3 other estimates to the walkthru and final estimate (which was $2000.00 LOWER than the others, this company went above and beyond. They were prompt, courteous, clean, professional and thorough. They were done in less than three hours. They gave me a complete instructional on my unit and offerered an unbeleiveable 7 year warranty on the unit and their service.
