This company is very good. They did the job that was needed at a good price in a timely fashion.

He did a very professional job at a reasonable price.

This project started out with a lot of fevor and enthusiam. We were initially very impressed with the budget & costs quoted. But of course, like most contractors, once he secured another job. Ours becames stalemated. No work was done & it was constructively terminated. I was disappointed (we had a June 13 move in date), which of course we conveyed to Nestor. Those dates were never met & we were basically left in a lurch. I think he had good intentions initiallys & as I said he started out with a full work team but over time all of that dwinled away & we were left to fend for ourselves. Very unhappy, I would not recommend him.

Good quality work, great team of contractors, flexible and easy to work with, good professionals and great work ethic! Nestor Yuqui and his team remodeled our rehab house and made everything the way we asked. I highly recomment them, no project is too big or too smal for this team. Handyman or general contractor, the work is always well done, meeting and exceeding expectations.

The job was replacement of the copper flashing in the valley between two sections of slate roof. Yuqui showed up when promised, did the job in less time than estimated, did a competent, professional job, and cleaned up afterwards. I am completely satisfied. He came on time, made the repairs and cautioned me to wait for interior painting until it rained and we could be sure that we �got the leak.� I would recommend him to others without reservations of any kind.

Nestor Yuqui of Yuqui Contracting came to fix a problem we had with rotten wood fascia boards along the roofline of our 2 story house. He and his crew did an excellent job of removing and replacing, repainting, caulking and sealing the bad areas. He also replaced damaged gutters in the front of the house with larger, stronger gutters and drain pipes. They were neat, clean and worked diligently all day for 3 days. He also took on the issue of getting permits from the City to do this work, thus saving me the time and frustration of making that effort. All in all, Yuqui Contracting did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

Nestor exceeded our expectations!! He was not your typical contractor. He was on time, even early, personal, professional, neat and he actually knew what he was doing. We were extremely pleased!

In a recent wind storm panels of aluminum siding blew off the side of my house. Yuqui Contracting quickly came and did a great repair of the damage. Very courteous and professional.

Not understanding how easy this job turned out to be, I think it was priced on the high side. But it was the price I agreed to, so I guess I cannot complain. It has made me a wiser shopper.
