The old equipment was broken down and removed entirely, I was not responsible for any waste removal.
The finished work included a new high efficiency boiler, a small water tank, an intake through the wall, and a new chimney pipe which was run up the existing chimney so the venting would be up above the house and not in next door's driveway.
The system has functioned perfectly since installation barring a small issue with the overflow water pump, which required a slight reseating/adjustment of the exhaust system. This was done free of charge, albeit a little difficult to get hold of the company on the weekend it came up.
The equipment was exactly as specified, the work performed - especially the new pipes - is all very clean, very nicely put together, the system looks as good as it works.
We also received a lot of help and guidance on two rebates available to us, which we have received one, still working on the other one, but these rebates impacted the price quite substantially.
Once the system was completed, the team then donned plastic slippers and bled each and every radiator in the house to ensure a tight system with good heat.
The work was set to take two days, it ended up taking two and a half, at no extra cost to me. All in all I was extremely satisfied with the work and the team, and would heartily recommend this company.
