They basically don't charge you up to certain expense. Welcome get something for nothing, deal with same man. Very friendly. Responsive to my requirements.

They let me bargain, their service is pretty reliable and not cheap. More often satisfied than not. They wanted to make a sale, got me actually basically in the same evening or the next day. They met my price. They had it in stock.

We've been waiting on the piece of my car for the last seven months. Another dealership said they could get it done within a month. It's a big job. The dashboard is under warranty, and it's a big job that they're not getting paid for. I've never had problems with the work they do. Their work is very good. I will absolutely not use them again. They turned me against Toyota vehicles completely.

These were the last of unnecessary services regularly sold to me from this provider. Over many years, I regularly serviced my Toyota Matrix with them. It was the first time I owned a new car, and unfortunately, I focused on what they had to say rather than the maintenance schedule manual. I am much slicker now. They regularly sold me unnecessary tuneups, coolant flushes, wheel alignments, fuel injection services, and probably, power steering fluid changes, increasing the push over shorter intervals and of course emphasizing my years rather than mileage because I put considerably less miles than average on over periods. Toyota?s Super Long Lasting Coolant is supposed to last more than 100,000 miles, so why so many flushes? And most people know that tune-ups, especially repeated ones, are unnecessary until a huge amount of miles are on. None of this helped anyway, the car had lots of problems, contrary to what one would expect from a Toyota. I recommend going to another servicer or garage.

My wife was using them so I've used them 3 or 4 times before this time. They kept their word and called me. The person that took care of me was efficient. He called to tell me that something else had to be done and when it would be ready. I had no complaints. The service was done right and I had no qualms about it. I know that everything was done right. They have a nice pleasant waiting room with a TV and coffee. I get taken in pretty rapidly and they are courteous when I have questions. I've had 2 people in the last couple of years and they were both courteous. Their prices are standard.

Employees here are very courteous, explain prices and car repair details good.
It's not difficult to get an appointment fast, especially if you can leave your car for the day.
They are more expensive as an official dealer place, and I found out that if they advise you of an expensive repair, then it pays to go somewhere else to a non-dealer place like somewhere in the Bronx, who will do it often for 60-70% of the price.
Most importantly, so far I haven't seen them lie to me, as some other Toyota dealership repair places have done. I'm going to this place for 2.5 years now and so far all repairs were actually needed. So I'm pretty happy with this place and will be coming back.

Westchester Toyota discovered several unsuspected problems buried deep in the exhaust system, repaired them, and solved the problem. They provided us with a loaner and when the rental ran a day beyond what their plan would cover, they somehow persuaded the car rental to take the extra day off the rental. We are buying another Toyota now partly because we know where to go for difficult repairs should any be necessary.

They are really amazing. What had happened was I had gotten a flat. I was at the supermarket when I came out I had a flat. I was able to contact them, they gave me a number of a tow truck, they weren't able to see me that day, but the guy would put a doughnut on it and I could drop my car off the next morning. This way they could give me a tune up and everything like that, so that was helpful. It was on a Saturday too. I was able to get everything worked out. It make it real easy for me. They were not cheap I would say because it is a dealer but I'm comfortable paying for it because it keeps my car on the road. That is the area that I don't cut corners on.

I've been going to them for four years now. I'm going there tomorrow, I actually only go once a year and I do the oil changes at the quick lube in between but I haven't had any problem with the car. In the beginning it didn't cost too much but now they're doing more servicing to the car and I had the inspection done and everything, it cost me roughly $700, that's what I'm expecting tomorrow. They have a nice waiting room and they have a television, they have coffee but I don't really wait in the waiting room, I just sit there for a little bit because it's near a shopping center so I just go shopping while my car is being done. It takes an average time for their service, and for the price, I always find the dealer more expensive. One thing I like about them is when they say the car is going to be ready, it's ready. They're right on the mark when they say the car is going to be ready.

Westchester Toyota do good work. They are expensive. If you go in for one thing, they always find something else that cost 100s of dollars. Everytime I go in there, I am always upset because of the price.

I felt like they were actually trying to pressure me into getting stuff. They told me that my car needed thousands of dollars of work. I had to wait quite awhile.

We have a Prius and we trust the dealership more than other service places to handle our car.

They provide a rental car for you if they take more than a day to work on your car. They are excellent, I made an appointment and they were able to tell me what was wrong. I have not had any problems. They were punctual and the gentleman gave us all the information up front.

They did the above service. Then as I was paying the saleswoman urged me to give them a high rating. A little embarasing to not do it with them watching. When I got home the phone rang and another person from Toyota was asking me to rate the dealer experience. I was annoyed and said I needed to test the car a while before i knew if it was a good job. So he just hung up.
For the next two weeks the AC made a ticking noise like the fan was hitting some part of the new filer. The filter holder is loose and I think it was a bad install. Eventually the ticking noise stopped because I guess the projecting part got worn off.
I did not like the hustle given me in repair sales to get all those repairs, especially the brakes for about $700. I knew I hardly use the brakes because of the way the motor stops the car with regenerative braking. I also knew the rotors were rusty becase the car had sat for 6 weeks wile I was overseas. I was hustled period. I took time to go to the dealers service because of the water pump recall but I trust them so little I suspect they run these recalls just to get people into the dealer. Hated the whole experience. Felt like I was being mugged. I am not at all concerned with the cost but they lousy way I was hustled. They don't want to listen to you or let you really see the problem so you are completely dependent on their word.

It was fine other than having to pay 350.00 for routine maintenance. They did get it done the same day. We will not go back because it is too expensive not good value for the money.

I have a Toyota Prius and am concerned that my regular mechanic will not be able to work on it properly, so I have been going to the dealership for repairs. My last trip will be my last (hopefully). I took the car in for minor service, check engine light was on, oil change necessary. Somehow I ended up paying 436 dollars for it. It seems every time I drop off my car, even for the most minor of things, I end up spending a great deal more than I would if I went to my local mechanic. In addition I always have to wait when I pick the car up.

I scheduled the appointment about 3 weeks in advance. When I got there, I told the clerk that I needed the 15,000 mile service and that I had already gotten the oil change and tire rotation done. He quoted me some extremely high price, which surprised me, because I had read the owner's manual and knew that the only remaining items were inspections of things. I inquired, and he started listing other maintenance items that they recommend at 15,000 miles even though Toyota doesn't, because driving in New York City is special. That seemed particularly crazy since (1) they aren't actually in New York City (though they are somewhat close), and (2) I don't live in New York City, as they could clearly see on the paperwork I had filled out already. Anyway, I said for now let's just do the items that Toyota recommends and asked if he could repeat the list of other items so I could write them down. He said that wasn't necessary because they would be on the receipt that I got at the end of the inspections. The inspections were free, which is nice (but I would have been happy to pay $50 or so). However, it was more than 1.5 hours after I started waiting before they even started looking at my car! That seems really unfair given that I had made the appointment 3 weeks earlier. Why can't they just book an appropriate number of appointments, so that when someone shows up at the time of their appointment, you can perform the service at that time? Anyway, the inspection did not reveal that any service was needed, and they never did provide the list of other maintenance recommended items that the clerk promised would be on my receipt. For what it's worth, the waiting area there is nice.

They are a little expensive. Sometimes I feel like they just try to get us to do repairs that are not necessary. They are pretty competent. I usually have to wait a while when I pick up my vehicle. I go there for the convenience. They are not far from my home.
