I am happy with their work and the price. it went all well. I will hire them again for rest of my windows.

I was originally very excited about this deal as it seemed like a fair price for the windows and I need exactly five windows for my home. I read the other reviews online (please do an internet search as the reviews on Angie's list seem questionable at best) but I trusted the reviews on Angie's List and perhaps that was my mistake. The deal procured was for 1500$ for 5 custom windows manufactured and fully installed. Early communications were ok and then I received a proposal for 2,000$ for the five windows. When I asked about the proposal there were all of these additional costs for minor molding and capping all without someone coming to my house to see the existing conditions. When I asked about it I was told very succinctly "it's priced right, just do it". This was being and switch from the beginning. Offer a low price (to provide and fully install 5 windows) and then load it up with extra costs without even having a detailed look at the house. Now my money is sitting with Angie's list and I'm waiting to get it refunded, after wasting over 2 weeks on a scam. Take my advice now, read reviews outside of Angie's list and do what I should have done, take their advice and move on. I also question Angie's List at this point. Does everyone get an A on this site. If so, what's the point....

I'll start by saying that Peter and his installation crew were nice people and they do great work. I had ordered 3 doors, 2 of them which were custom, and was told it would be installed in 2 weeks. Now I understand that a custom order could be a little delayed but 2 weeks turned into 2 and a half months! I signed with them in March and they finished in June! So much for 2 weeks. The custom door issue is no excuse because they knew I was ordering custom doors and still said it was only going to be 2 weeks. Even the installer left me voicemails saying "he's never seen problems like this waiting for a door". Never once did I complain to Peter and his crew and although my wife and I became very frustrated, we were very patient and understanding. During the install of the doors and gutters, they had to put in wood planks to support a gutter(which I paid extra for) and the base of my door, and the new door had to be pushed back in order to fit. Now I have exposed wood planks on the front of my house which are an eyesore including a scratched up door jamb due to them having to move the door back. Now I'm a new homeowner and maybe this is something that is normal but I would think that once the job was completed, these new cosmetic problems that were the result of the install would be fixed. Even my neighbor who has hired people to fix doors in the past says they have never left a job looking like that. I called Peter as soon as the job was done to ask if they could complete the job for me by fixing these cosmetic issues the job left behind. You would think for my patience, never once complaining, and having to wait 2 whole months later than expected this would've been taken care of as a courtesy? No. All they did was offer to send a painter, in which I would have to negotiate a payment with. Because of this, I'm an unsatisfied customer.

The largest picture window was an unusual order, and at first they said it was not possible. Organizing the custom order was complicated and ended up taking 3-4 months. However, they worked with us until we were sure we were ordering what we wanted. The installation team was professional, neat, on time and seemed to really care that the work was done well. The windows are spectacular.

Price was far too high for services requested. They really tried to take me for a ride, i am requesting a refund.

Installer showed up on time. He was very professional, courteous, meticulous, focused on the work that needed to be done,
and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the results. Would hire again!!!

It went fine. The guy was great.

I contacted Vinyline  and setup and appointment to have someone come by and give me an estimate to replace windows, siding and gutters.  Pete the salesman came the next day, on time. We discussed what i needed to do  and several ideas that I had. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained things thoroughly, and I never felt pressured or pushed into one product over another. He had a sample of the window to show me and I told him I wanted good thick siding and good insulation.  He came back the very next day with the sample and the color I wanted and gave me a really good price to replace the entire house with siding, 24 windows and the gutters.  We could not be happier with the work that Pete and Vinyline performed. We had four other contractors come and give us estimates and they all seemed like they were trying to sell me a timeshare.  Not too mention overpriced.  The crew Vinyline had to perform the job was exceptional.  They were on time, everyday!!   Not once did I have to call or text Pete and find out when they were coming.  Everyday at 8:00am they showed, did their work, took only half hour to eat lunch and work until 5:30pm.  The work proceeded very smoothly from start to finish and it was done in 10 days. I had no problems getting in touch with Pete, whenever I had a question, he answered his phone or texts. With the great work they did replacing the siding, windows and gutters, I asked Pete to also install window guards and replace the outside security doors for my back and front doors.  I highly recommend  Vinyline and am very pleased with the outstanding work they did.  

We had a double hung window that no longer closed correctly. We originally called for a repair but as it was explained the window was old, the counter weight assembly might not be available and the price of repair and replacement of the same window was basically the same.
We opted for the replacement, the salesman came out, measured and took the deposit. A few days later the office called to set the install date and then when the technician was on his way.
I have never seen a window replaced and it went so smoothly.
We have a new window at the price we were quoted and the entire experience was completely smooth and painless with no surprises.
It was difficult to find a window company that would just replace one window and this job was stellar from start to finish.
If they can get small jobs right and on budget they can definitely be trusted with projects large and small.
I highly recommend them.

When the installer called to schedule an appointment I stressed with him that I was taking a day off from work and I needed both doors and both windows installed in one day.  He assured me that would be the case. On Friday they were suppose to be at my home by 10 AM because Marty (the installer) told me he had another job in the morning that wouldn't take too long.  At 11
AM he called and told me that he was running late and he would be there at 2 PM.  I stressed about having all of the work done in one day and once again he assured me it would be done.  About an hour later Marty called me again and said he couldn't make it today can he come Saturday or Sunday?  I got upset and said what was the problem, I took a vacation
day from work and wasted it because of him?  He said wait I will get back to you.  He called me back a few minutes later and told me that he would be at my house Saturday morning at 9AM and the job wouldn't take more than 3 hours. 
They finally showed up at 10:30 with the windows only and no doors, he said he had to go get the doors and the
two workers he left behind would start the job. Well they started to work in the kitchen and didn't say anything to us, and proceeded to make a MESS.  Saw dust all over the kitchen, clean dishes and food that was
on the counter were covered in dirt and saw dust, not to mention the entire kitchen had a heavy film of saw dust ALL OVER.  My wife confronted them and asked why they didn't say anything to us about the mess they were going to make, they laughed and
said sorry.  That didn't stop them from making a bigger mess, they just continued making their mess.  No drop cloths, no barriers, no sweeping up after themselves, nothing!!!  To make a very long story short because it gets me angry to even think about it, they were at the house till 6:15 PM!!!!! They wasted my entire Saturday.  Marty kept leaving and coming back and sitting in the truck smoking while the two workers were complaining about not having the tools, nails or screws they needed
because they were on the truck and the truck was gone. Once in a while Marty would start to do something but would yell for one of the other men to stop what they were doing and come help him.  He would pull them away from what they were doing because he couldn't do anything. He would start something and the leave and yell for one of the other guys to finish his work.  When they were getting ready to leave I asked him why he was leaving a big bag of trash behind because they said they were going to take everything.  He said he wanted to leave it because he didn't have room in his truck for it.  I told him no way, he was to take it with him.  By this time I just wanted them the h*** out of my home.
The door they installed in the kitchen had two big dents in it, the mess they left behind was crazy and my wife and I spent over an hour and a half cleaning the mess in the kitchen. When I spoke to Henry he told me that it is there busy season and Marty just supervises the job because he has a bad back.  He asked me what I wanted and I told him either a new door or a credit.  At first he offered me a $100.00 credit which was an insult then he said  $200.00 credit . I agreed just to be done with this company Big freaking deal!!  I will never use this company again and I will post this on Angie's List as a feedback.  Customer service is not important. I wasted two days of my time and one of them was a vacation day from work.  What a joke!!!



They came to see the install after the fact and tried to make things right.  I give them credit for trying after the fact. The gentleman who came was very understanding and willing to help make things right. If his installers were as nice as him, no problems!!! Thanks for trying and being concerned.

I called and asked how long it would take and how much it would be, then drove on over.  I paid half deposit and then brought the screens and storm frame to TJ.  He asked if I wanted to wait, or come back later in the afternoon.  I opted to come back in the afternoon.  I called, asked if the work was done, and it was...so I drove over, paid the balance, and picked up the screens and storm window.  TJ and the office personnel were very professional and the work was excellent.  I went home, put in the screens and the storm window and was very happy!  I would use them again at the drop of a hat.  The last time I left a screen to be redone at a local hardware store, it cost twice as much, and they took two weeks to do it.

I received a call a  week before and an appointment was set for Wednesday 5/6/15. The installer arrived and the work was started immediately. I am so please with the way the windows was installed by Albert, not only did he do a great job he cleaned up all of the garbage. I had to leave and I  left Albert there working, and upon my return the windows done.  The results was magnificent. I will recommend this company to all of my neighbors who might be looking for new windows.  Thank you Angie, job well done

Went very well. We had a few broken windows, and a few that wouldn't close all the way and wouldn't lock. They repaired all the broken windows and all windows are able to be locked.
We were willing to spend a couple thousand dollars replacing windows. Peter came over and told us our windows were fine, they just needed some maintenance. He saved us a substantial amount of money. Really appreciate his honesty. The work was done well, and they were responsive and called us back promptly to schedule our appointment.

Scheduling was tough because of the harsh winter. We had made the purchase in November. Henry was always in contact with us to insure once the weather permitted his team could come out for installatin. The first nice day we had Henry was scheduling the appointment with me. Even came on a Sunday to be sure we didn't need to wait any longer. Team was professional, polite and did a great job. We are very happy and would use them again for window installation when the time comes.

It was good. The windows were nice. My only complaint about them is that they look cheap but they are good. They are very responsive, easy to reach and friendly.

Vinyline Windows and Doors installed four double paned windows. They measured the windows then scheduled the installation within about 3 weeks. The installer arrived and went right to work. I was a bit concerned about only one man doing the work, but after speaking to him, he was very experienced and had no problems what-so-ever doing the job by himself.  He cleaned up everything before he left.   Everything went smooth and I thought the price was well worth it    I've had the new windows for about a month now and it is much quieter and warmer in those rooms. I highly recommend Vinyline Windows and Doors.  From the first call to the final installation,  all the employees were very pleasant to work with.
