Very well.

Had to re-schedule once but all went well, great communication, new what they were doing and completed everything as promised, no complaints.

My Liftmaster control panel just blew, so I looked at the warranty and it was covered, so I called Liftmaster to request a replacement, which they agreed to provide under the 5 yr warranty. While on the phone, I asked them if the tension monitor I had fixed a year earlier was also covered under that same 5 year warranty and I was told yes it was. The mistake I made a year earlier is I called United Overhead first since they installed the door opener originally. I asked them if the tension monitor was under warranty and they said it wasn't. Stupid me, I believed them. I paid $150 for the repair. I called United Overhead to lodge a complaint 2 days ago. I was told someone would call me back. Not surprisingly, nobody has called back. The work they provided was good, too bad they were more concerned with a $150 service call as opposed to honesty. Maybe this review will make them think twice next time.

They did a great job. Very efficient an perfectly executed. Explained the system operations which are pretty high tech.

Very well. I got an appt. quickly and servicemen were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Price was what I expected.

Great. The technician arrived within the first half hour of the time window. He fixed the broken part and adjusted the sensors which had been malfunctioning. Then he inspected the rest of the garage door, adjusting and tightening, and he cleaned up the wires that had been in a crumbled mess.

They were great because they offered to come the same day. They tailored it to the time I would be home form work, but they were very expensive.

It went perfectly. We had a problem, we called and within 36 hours, the door was repaired and in good working order. Recommend them highly.

The company was very professional and promptly called me back and gave me an appointment. The repairman was on time and quick to assess what had to be done. (My husband and I could not figure out how to secure the track because there was a large hole from where the track had come out of the wall). He not only secured it but gave it extra reinforcement which made me feel better because it is a very heavy two car garage door. He explained why he wanted to service the rollers and tracks and asked for my approval before he did anything.
This is the first time I have had my garage doors serviced and didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I would recommend this Company to everyone who asked!

Repariman arrived and fixed identified issues I was aware.He replaced a bolt that i knew was bad and informed me that the wheels needed to be changed.
I was at work, so when i spoke to Rich he detailed to me the problems and how to fix it for next time, something I was not expecting but very much appreciated.
