U-Haul

I'd been quoted online for $54.95 for a U-Box storage container online. I was charged $84.95. I also gave them a code to receive a $50 credit, but I never did. When I called the national office I was told that I'd be contacted by a local general manager. When I did, it was the same manager that I'd previously spoken with that quoted me the higher price and addressed my earlier complaints. She said that her pricing is different. The boxes were delivered to my home and were supposed to be waterproof, but the both had holes. One of the boxes also had two of the three latches broken and the latch that a padlock is attached to could be easily removed. I called again and voiced my concerns and to have the boxes exchanged, but they said I'd have to do that myself. I eventually called and cancelled. They were supposed to call before they picked up the boxes, but they never did. They were also more than an hour late. I requested a receipt that I'd returned the boxes and they said they'd email one, but it is now two days after and I still haven't received the email.
