I immediately felt they were not trying I oversell me and that they were honest. I left my rings with them, they offered to test the materials so I kneels what I had and then quoted an estimate if what the necessary repairs needed to restore the bands for my wife. They were completed better than my expectations. Completed on time. Professional and courteous staff and owners very knowledgeable . Highly recommend them! I believe they have another location north of white plains! Pleasantville or Mt Pleasant?

Returned a call a few days later and confirmed cost and completed job within the week and 2 days quotes, on time. Very comfortable atmosphere and knowledgable staff. Price was reasonable. Great reputation confirmed, will recommend .
