Trion Real Estate Management

I have made numerous attempts by countless emails, in writing via certified mail and in person for nine months to NO avail regarding billing discrepancies, improper billing practices/erroneous charges without providing proof of charge added onto my account. The illegal and/or fraudulent charges in the amount of $191.63 & $79.15 and is climbing every month on my account without clarity and/or failure to provide proof of charges. I've requested proof of charges countless times and can provide proof of my attempt to communicate regarding this pressing matter. Trion Real Estate Management has purposely and willfully ignored my grave concerns and just have been totally unresponsive regarding improper billing me and also refuse to provide proof of charges. Trion Real Estate Management has completely conducted its business in an unprofessional manner. Trion Real Estate Management is a very difficulty company to deal with, a large majority of unit owners have complained of the lack of services, improper billing practices, unprofessionalism and lack of respect for unit owners. During the snow storm in January of 2021 in New York, Trion Real Estate Management was unresponsive and do not service the complex in a timely manner and/or at all. The community was completely snowed in, the ground weren't shoveled at all no services was rendered as unit owners pay a monthly fee for zero services by this awful management company.
