Landscaping
He was okay. He wasn't as thorough and he charged for anything extra whereas Mike's prices were all inclusive. He put down the fertilizer and also the insecticide and they were all included in his price and with Tom, every time he did something like put down any extra like fertilizer for the grass, he was at a bill. He basically just cut the grass and that was it, the other guy did the shrubs, he fertilized, put insecticide, he did edging, and a lot of extra, but with Tom, I could have a kid come here and cut the grass, the kid could do the same thing Tom was doing and the cost was the same, it was $140, they're doing a lot more and it's a better job. He really didn't overcharge me but he didn't do what was included with the other people. For responsiveness, when I wanted to see him, he was there.
