Thomas was able to take all of our concepts and put them into the necessary drawings for the town board approvals and for our contractors to use. As expected, we went through many changes and Thomas was able to guide us and help us budget and prioritize the work. Thomas is high energy, creative and very responsive and we would not hesitate to use him again.
