STONE PLACE MORTGAGE GROUP IS A UNIQUE LENDER. I FOUND THEM TO BE PROFESSIONAL YET COURTEOUS, WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY PROCESSING THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK INVOLVED TO REFINANCE AN EXISTING LOAN. NOT ONLY DID I APPRECIATE THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK, I WAS ABLE TO GET ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS. I ALSO LIKED THE LENDERS THEY DEALT WITH, I.E., WELLS FARGO, ETC. THE COST OF THE CLOSING FOR THEIR SERVICES RENDERED I BELIEVED TO BE VERY, VERY REASONABLE ESPECIALLY WITH THE PERSONAL SERVICE THEY GIVE EACH ACCOUNT.
