We always had carpet on our floor & decided that the hardwood floors underneath would look better, especially coming into the summer months. Upon removing the carpet, we where disappointed to see the floors in such bad shape. They where all scratched up and had a big stain. A friend off mine recommended Shannon Flooring Corp, because they where local & he had used them himself.  We called the company & met with Colin the very next day. He measured the area & explained to us that the stain probably wouldn't come out of the floor by sanding. He recommended we replace the section of the floor with the stain in it, explaining that it may not exactly match up with the existing floor but that he'd do everything he could to match it as closely as possible. We decided to go ahead and scheduled to have the floors done the following week. Colin & his coworker where there on time just as he promised, they taped up the doorways, windows, etc to keep the dust to a minimum. They sanded the floors & matched the new patch perfectly! We were very pleased with the job & the price. We would highly recommend this company, regardless of your budget.
