Truly the worst service provider experience of my life. At first blush, Ricardo might seem like a good deal, since he undercuts everyone else's rates, but dealing with him is the very definition of being "penny-wise, pound foolish". The guy has absolutely no idea what you're talking about 90% of the time, but will happily smile, nod, and "agree" to all your requests and concerns. Dealing with him was an incessant stream of problems and headaches, which he masterfully and cheerfully spins as "misunderstandings". Every professional landscaper who's seen his work has been (totally unsolicited) horrified by the incompetent and careless nature of the job. There was a laundry list of problems, including scheduling issues, broken promises, shoddy work, holding on to money paid for the trees despite not being able to get the trees, etc. Feel free to email me for me details.
