Interior Painting or Staining
Working with Rayo Repairs was an excellent experience. Roberto evaluated the job and gave a very reasonable price. Lupe, the job manager worked out the agreement clearly and quickly. She was so cordial on the phone and did her best to accommodate you. The job was completed faster than expected (with two coats!) and no paint on the crown molding, on any door or the floor. Very neat and clean. Note: after the first coat was applied to one wall my wife wasn’t sure she liked the color. She started to panic. But Roberto was calm and suggested she wait until the second coat dried (flat paint is shiny until it dries). And if she STILL wasn’t happy he was willing to stop everything and get new paint. Turns out that after the paint dried my wife loved it. Shows the extent he was willing to go to ensure his customers were totally satisfied. One of the best experiences we’ve had with a contractor. Definitely recommend!

Drywall Repair
Roberto did an excellent job in replacing damaged drywall, removing and replacing wet insulation and painting. The drywall work was perfect and he matched the paint exactly. His price was very reasonable and I highly recommend.

Drywall Repair
Needed major drywall repairs, painting, and tile work. PROS: Drywall repair was excellent. Worked extra hard to tile an IMPOSSIBLE basement floor. Lupe is very professional and polite and a good communicator. CONS: Roberto needs to gain more experience running a business. Overbooked jobs. Rushed some work. Details, prep work, neatness, and cleanup were lacking. When I criticized some of the work he got offended and refused to finish part of the job. Gave me no notice and I was unable to hire someone else in time to meet a deadline. He felt he underbid the job and made that my problem. Roberto has the potential to be a good contractor. He just needs to pay attention to detail and follow through on what he says he is going to do.

Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture Application, Repair or Removal
Fantastic experience. We were really impressed with their communication, quality of work (i in particular can be a perfectionist at times and was very pleased with their work), speed, reliability, and just how nice they are as people. Definitely recommend them and can't wait to save up for some future projects with Rayo Repairs.
