His sense of urgency is commensurate to the problem you're having. Always going the extra mile to put you out of your misery when you have a problem.

Have used him consistently for at least 10 years now, and have never been disappointed. He always responds to a text message . . . even during his own personal time.

He is immaculate, which is critical for his line of work, and your home often is cleaner than it was before he got there. A lot of respect for your property and continued well-being.

With all that being said, his pricing is extremely fair given the quality of work. Can't say enough good things. Absolutely no negatives!

The work was fine. There was no problem. I wasn't there when they did the work. They did the work in another property. I had no complaints.

I was informed in the morning that a kitchen drain was blocked and backing up in a rental property that I own. The first plumber I called looked at it and called me to say he did not have a snake long enough for the job. He recommended Aldo at Pronto Rooter. I called Aldo in the early to mid-afternoon. He was there by six and had the problem solved in short order. I never actually met him. We made contact by phone and he left an invoice which I paid by mail. I used Roto Rooter recently for my own residence. Pronto was much cheaper and did the job fine.
