, but I had already paid $300. The problem was pointed out to him at the outset....carpenter ants in the master bedroom and adjacent half room....he said if that didn't do it he would have to come back and drill small holes and fumigate...when I called because the treatment had not worked he said that it would cost $800 to do that. He pointed out that big exterminating companies would charge $1,200. This felt like a bait and switch since he knew the problem from the beginning. He also did not call me back for 3-4 days.

John was successful at completely exterminating the ground bees over the entire complex. John is extremely professional, honest and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Problem Solved for any exterminating needs may have!
