I thought his pricing was fair. He was reliable and on time. He did what he said. I was happy with the service overall. I don't know how the parts and the labor broke down.

After calling about 10 plumbers (some of them listed on Angie's list), who either didn't return my call or said they couldn't or wouldn't do the job. One plumber did come and misdiagnosed the problem. Replaced a valve which didn't work and wanted $200 for it. I finally called Pro Max. Max returned my call immediately and came over the next day. He gave me a fair price and did the repair within the week..Replaced the flush-o-meter in about a half hour.
