I have used this company every year for the past three years, and will use every year thereafter. There is not enough good things I can say about TJ or his company. The initial phone call, the receptionist was polite and easy to talk to. I told her the reason for my call and the work that was needed. TJ called me almost immediately and the appointment was made for the next day. Did I tell you his time window is only 2 hours? TJ was prompt, efficient, polite, and knew his job well. I wish all companies I have hired were A++++++ like Pro Drain.

TJ came and knew exactly what was needed. He was very professional, courteous and performed the job quickly and efficiently. He also made certain that everything was cleaned up before he left. He was in and out and the problem was fixed within 1/2 hour. My husband was thrilled with the job. We would highly recommend Pro Drain again without hesitation.
