Alfonso solved my intercom problems with expertise and efficiency. I have an intercom system in my four-story townhouse installed in the 1980's that was malfunctioning that I needed to replace or upgrade to working order and also have the ability to work with smart phones. With his experience, research and consultations with manufacturers, he advised me on numerous options to arrive at the optimal and most cost-effective solution. We decided to repair the existing system and maintain a connection for a parallel Ring Doorbell smart phone system. He tested and adjusted the intercom audio components and replaced the camera and monitor without interfering with the Ring Doorbell connection. I will have him return as needed to install the Ring Doorbell, program the smart phone connections and any further modifications or adjustments. Working with him has been a very good experience. He is prompt, communicative, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable.

After We had been comparing, and researching upgrading surveillance cameras for a while we decided to go with him. He knows the right things for our store. Very knowledgeable about electronic devices. Recommended only minimum simple screen compared to others recommend fancy screen. 100% we plan to call him to organize all the unnecessary electric lines on the floor near future.

I contacted Over View Security to inquire the price for installing a few cameras in my apartment complex. The prices were more than fair and I decided to book. The representative showed up on time, gave me a clear understand of how many cameras I needed, how to work them and also suggested that I have wifi access points to increase live feedback (I wouldn't have even know I needed this.
