On Point started building one shed. The shed came out so nice that we had him built a second shed. Both sheds match our home. they came out beautiful. We are very happy with the outcome. Will definitely use onpoint for any other projects.

I bought my co-op a few months back, and it had a section that was missing drywall and tiles so it was really just a hole in the bathroom. I had Eddie and his guy fix it up, & it looks amazing. Installed my bathroom vanity and tossed the old one. Polite, great communication- walked me through everything that they were going to do. Great price too! Really happy- thank you again.

Eddie and his team did an amazing job and transformed the exterior of our house from looking old and run down to a stunningly restored Victorian. His team was very personable, worked diligently even on cold November days and finished the project on time. Their pricing was competitive and we couldn't be happier with the results! I was very satisfied with my decisions to go with Onpoint Construction & Development LLC. The owner was very well organized and VERY CLEAN. The project started on Friday and ended on Sunday. What I really liked was that the team knew what had to be done. There wasn't any confusion as to what needs to be done. As soon as they got in work started immediately. This gave me confidence that this wasn't their first job and that they worked together before, and each of them knew their quality of work. The job took place inside a medical office, so one of my concerns was that the work area need to be kept clean, with an added pressure that we were seeing patients the next day. They put up a plastic screen that separated their work area, from the rest. Really nice touch. Quality of work was really nice, the wall is straight, flat and even. I cant even see the seam where the new wall meets the existing wall. When I showed the room the the medical director, she was very happy with the work performed. As a result of this job, I will be reaching out to them in the future for a bigger project.

It went well. I would hire Onpoint Construction & Development again when I have another project to get done.

Mr. Spence worked diligently for hours to exterminate the bed bugs and I'm very thankful for his services. BTW, he uses organic products. You will not be disappointed when you hire him.

Tow guys showed up anxious and willing to get the job done. During the job 5/6 tiles were damaged and the company had no way to replace or access to get the tiles that got damaged. I had to provide them with the few tiles that I had left in case of such damages. The job took multiple attempts and once they replaced the tile they did not fit well in to the old groove. The shower looks nice.

The team was on time ad the work was satisfactory.

For the overall grade, honestly, for me personally, it was about a C.  He gave me an estimate to do the kitchen; I thought it was overpriced.  All he did for me was a drawing of the kitchen.  Quite honestly, it wasn't what I thought it was gonna be.  I thought he was going to offer some suggestions.  He really didn't.  He didn't really have any imagination to really give me any input as to what I might be able to do, which was disappointing and which was actually the whole purpose of my paying for that.  He was a nice guy and he was on time, but I wasted my money with it.  I wouldn't recommend it.

Eddie did an amazing job. He was meticulous to the point of perfection - not because I asked him to be, but because it really mattered to him to do the job right. Several times he offered to do something the harder way, or mentioned an option that I hadn't thought of, that made his job more difficult, but didn't cost me any extra because it would make the final product better. When laying the floor in the laundry room, Eddie went over everything with a fine tooth level to make sure the floor was absolutely 100% level (and it was seriously not level to start with). He also was very meticulous about cleaning up as he went - I was constantly shocked at the neatness.

They were extremely professional and their work was excellent. They showed up on time and were responsive to our concerns, and even offered to help remove some mold spots from our shower stall ceiling.

Eddie Torres answered our proposed dates promptly and courteously, showed up exactly in date and time. He agreed on the price of $99 for the grout work. He did not have to remove many tiles, but regrouted the whole area. He cleaned up very well after the work, was courteous and friendly. We are completely satisfied with his work and attitude, and would not hesitate to call him again for work with tile, grout, and ceramic.

It went fine. They realized quickly that the previous grout work incorrectly used a sandy texture. They always asked us for approval for the color of the grouts. Friendly.

The work was scheduled promptly, service person arrived on time and job was completed with perfection. I would certainly recommend OnPoint Construction. This was the first time I used a special offer through Angie's List. Excellent customer experience overall - I would definitely do it again.
