Service was scheduled the same day I called. Omar called ahead to tell me he could arrive early if that was OK. Arrived exactly at the rescheduled time. He listened carefully as I described the problem. Omar checked the whole electrical system and quickly found a hidden GFI that had tripped. I'm not sure how he found it so quickly, because it wasn't near the outlet that had caused the problem. He tested it with a load similar to the one that caused it to trip and showed me what to do if this ever happens again. Then, because "it was only a minor problem," he gave me a substantial discount on the service call. This, in spite of the fact that I am a half hour's drive from his shop and he spent 20-30 minutes with me.

Fantastic!!!! They were efficient, quick, they came up with the french drain idea which works beautifully. All of the workers were polite and a pleasure to have in my home for the two days of work. I have used them again for other small jobs and would highly recommend them for electrical and "handy man" type of work.

I will be using them again this Thursday.  They were knowledgeable, prompt, on time and really decent guys.  The work is still in progress.  It is a hard work, but they did it very neatly.  They did it really great.  I really liked them.  The owner's name is Omar and he comes there.  His helper is his cousin and his name is Lloyd.  They are very well mannered gentlemen and they work like animals.  I wouldn't use anybody else for the electrical work.
